How does it work?

Our aim is to simplify the ordering process for you. Once you register, you will only need a few minutes each week to place your order for the entire week ahead!

1. Request a callback and register

Our colleague will contact you using the provided contact information to assess your needs (whether it’s about food intolerance or not) and to answer any questions you may have.

2. Completing your registration

After the callback, our colleague will send you an email to complete your registration. Then, you can log in to your account and place your orders.

3. Meal selection for order

Now let the fun begin! Upon entering your account, you can choose from our current weekly menu to select which lunch you’d like to have delivered each day. The menu offers a variety of options, including simple main courses, athletic, vegetarian, vegan, or superfood menus, as well as smoothies and desserts. Keep in mind that all meals are prepared fresh daily.

4. Enjoy the delicious flavours

After you place your order, we will take care of the rest. Our courier will deliver your healthy and delicious meals in glass containers every day, ensuring they arrive on time (by 12:30 pm at the latest). You don’t have to worry about anything except enjoying the tantalizing flavours.

Frequently asked questions

When will my meal be delivered?

We deliver meals once a day, and our courier will arrive at your location no later than lunchtime, by 12:30 pm.

Can I order for 1-2 days a week, or do I need to place an order for an entire week?

Of course, you can. On the ordering platform, you will find the weekly menu. However, you only need to order for the days you prefer.

Can I order breakfast and dinner, or is it limited to lunch only?

Although we do not offer breakfast, we have a wide variety of meals throughout the day. You can choose from over eight options, including meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan, and meals suitable for athletes. Therefore, you could even order three main courses per day.

Do you offer delivery on weekends?

Unfortunately, we do not offer food delivery services on weekends.
However, you are welcome to place an order from Friday’s menu for Saturday.

What happens if I need to cancel my order for the next day for some reason?

Orders can be placed and canceled until 11:59 AM the day before. If you cancel, the amount paid will be credited to your account and deducted from your next order’s total bill.

Can I change my delivery address during the week after I have placed my weekly order?

Certainly. You can change the delivery address until 8 AM on the same day. This could be useful if you need to work in the office instead of from home.

Do I have any responsibilities regarding the glass containers? When can I return them?

We deliver food in eco-bags and glass containers. Please return them to the courier cleaned every other day at the latest. We will also wash and disinfect the containers according to HACCP system requirements. If you cannot return a container (e.g. it breaks or it’s left with someone else), we will add its purchase price to your next invoice.

Will I be able to know which allergens may occur in each dish?

Each dish on the menu is labeled with a serial number on our website indicating the allergens it may contain.

Is it possible to accommodate my specific dietary requirements that are not currently offered on your menu?

It is advisable to contact us either by phone or email. We will provide feedback shortly on whether we can fulfill your requests.

Can you prepare food for me based on my specific food intolerances that are not listed?

Is there an opportunity to try your meals?

Certainly! You can place your first order with a 15% discount, which can apply to a single meal or even to your order for every day of the week, allowing you to try our service.

What size are the meal portions?

We offer two different portion sizes:
1) Regular portion: includes 180g protein and 150g side dish.
2) Large portion: includes 220g protein and 180g side dish.

We designed the portions this way, because we were tired of getting too much side dish everywhere in comparison to the protein, which never left us feeling satisfied. Our portions ensure that you have a well-balanced meal, and if you want more carbohydrates, you can order an extra side dish to customize your portion.
